I realize that some of you know of my affinity for the Chuck Norris facts often gracing trade chat. My reason? I grew up watching "The Octagon" and other movies featuring him. Moreover and more importantly, I think they're downright hilarious.

Therefore, without further adieu, I'll share some of my favs with you:

1. Once a grizzly bear threatened to eat Chuck Norris. Chuck showed the bear his fist and the bear proceeded to eat himself, because it would be the less painful way to die.

2. A Handicap parking sign does not signify that this spot is for handicapped people. It is actually in fact a warning, that the spot belongs to Chuck Norris and that you will be handicapped if you park there.

3. Scientists used to believe that diamond was the world’s hardest substance. But then they met Chuck Norris, who gave them a roundhouse kick to the face so hard, and with so much heat and pressure, that the scientists turned into artificial Chuck Norris.

4. Chuck Norris owns the greatest poker face of all-time. It helped him win the 1983 world series of poker despite him holding just a joker, a 2 of clubs, a 7 of spades, and a green number 4 from Uno and a monopoly ‘get out of jail free’ card.

5. When Chuck Norris’s wife burned the turkey one Thanksgiving, Chuck said, “Don’t worry about it honey,” and went into his backyard. He came back five minutes later with a live turkey, ate it whole, and when he threw it up a few seconds later it was fully cooked and came with cranberry sauce. When his wife asked him how he had done it, he gave her a roundhouse kick to the face and said, “Never question Chuck Norris.”

He is/was a big time martial artist/action star back in the 80s had a few hit movies and was the star of the show Walker, Texas Ranger. Maybe he was a little before your time youngster.

Chuck Norris is regarded as one of the baddest Mofo's on the planet because he was Bruce Lee's direct understudy and in theory he was the only person on the planet who could possibly beat Bruce Lee because he was bigger and stronger with the same training.

It's possible, but Bruce beat the crap out of Chucky in the films. I don't really think Chuck could ever hope to achieve the speed and power that Bruce had.

Bruce Lee rules!!

*stares blankly*

lol ok. Well all interesting facts none-the-less. I asked Josh once back a long time ago and he got so flustered over the fact I didn't know who he was, his explanation was kinda... confusing.

Wasn't there another kung-fu guy? Bruce lee and .... yea I'm tired and can't think of it. Bruce Willis keeps popping in my head and I don't think thats right at all.. lol

JACKIE... something... oh screw it lol

ty for the info anyways The most and jokes are much more amusing to me now.

Bruce beat up on Chuck in the movies cause they was Bruces movies, but put Bruce in Delta Force and chuck woulda blew him up with a rocket launcher lol.

I agree bruce would probably beet chuck in a real fight just because of speed I bet Chuck would have edged him in strength tho.

People seem to forget that Bruce invented the style of martial art that he taught his students (it's called Jeet-Kun-Do). You just can't fuck with that. Besides the fact that Bruce was faster, smarter, and more powerful than Chuck ever could dream of being.

No way man, you know it's true. How can you be Buddhist and not be on Bruce's side. Bruce will strike you down while your walking to your car today. MWAHAHAHAHA

LMAO! Dude, I needed a good laugh due to an otherwise terrible day (work-wise). However, I must say, being a Buddhist does not necessarily make me a Bruce Lee card-carrying fan club member.

In fact, Norris could take Lee with both legs in casts, both arms tied behind his back, and whilst in a coma. Top that, for the gauntlet has been thrown...

Yes, but, as evidenced by his acting skills, will Chuck EVER get out of the coma?

In response to first part: Anything to help bud

In response to part two: ARE YOU HIGH??? there's no way Chuck could beat Bruce. Ever. Unless he went and dug him up and slapped his face a few times.
