Had a lot of fun with this in my last guild so figured I'd give it a shot here as well, I'm starting a guild NCAA tournament bracket competition. It's simple, all you need is a Yahoo! account and about 5 minutes to fill out a bracket. Simply go to http://tournament.fantasysports.yahoo.com/t1/register/joinprivategroup_assign_team?GID=144803 and sign up. Use your toon's name for the bracket name so it's easier to know who everyone is and then fill out your bracket. Don't think you can't participate or even win if you don't follow college basketball, I've seen plenty of people who knew nothing about it win these things. And if the enjoyment you get from beating your fellow guildies isn't enough, I'm throwing in a gold prize to the winner and possible consolation prizes if enough people sign up. Games start on Thursday so go sign up.

Just to also point out, if by some miracle you pick every game correct you can win $1,000,000 or $10,000 for getting the most correct (those prizes are from Yahoo!, I'm not that rich and generous) so there's even more incentive to join!

I've decided on the prizes for this...

1st place will receive 1 Primordial Saronite

2nd place (on the condition that at least 10 people sign up) will receive 500 gold

3rd place (on the condition that at least 13 people sign up) will receive 1 epic gem of your choosing

As of now there are 8 people signed up, just 5 more and all 3 prizes come into play.

As of now me and Black are in the lead with 6 out of 7 right, but still lots of games to be played and anyone could win it (except Verte who seemed to forget to actually fill the bracket out ).

As of now, Black (only one with all 4 of his Final Four remaining) is probably in the best shape due to having a big edge in possible points remaining (with Coffs not too far behind). Of course I've already figured out how I can win, Duke and Baylor win tonight and Ohio State loses, Kentucky loses tomorrow, Kansas State and Duke both get to the title game and K. State wins it. Unlikely it all plays out that way, but certainly possible.

With K-State losing, the only way I can win this now is if Kentucky loses to WVU and then Duke gets to the title game but loses to either Butler or Tennessee. I almost wish Kentucky wins just so I don't have to root for Duke anymore...
